Change and growth

  

When things turn out differently than we planned and our lives change overnight there is a reason for the change of direction. A new learning curve begins. God cares enough to let us walk along the new pathway. The path is planned for us and the sooner we pick up our bags and move forward the better for us and our well-being. 

Looking back slows us down and may make us feel phlegmatic and depressed. It is my believe that our life is like a tree with branches. Some have a few branches with a few leaves and some have many branches with many leaves and even fruit. We are not made the same and our lives are not the same either. But we are alive and growing as we go. 

We cannot see the tree of another person and therefore we cannot judge him or her either. We can guess from their behavior why they does things the way they do them but do we really know another person’s inner battles? No one really knows what another person goes through. 

Even I do not know why my thoughts are my thoughts. God has everything in his hands. Be kind to yourself when changes come, be kind to others if changes don’t come and they wish they would. Some branches need time and grow slower to become stronger. 

Let’s accept change and let God’s rain, sunshine and wind make us grow and surprise us. Let’s be still and know He is our God and has a plan for our life. Trusting him will blow all our worries away. 🌲 🌳
