Miracle of light and love

Be kind to yourself and to others, because this is why we live. Self criticism and critism of others is a negative way of life. It is harmful to everyone and spreads like a harmful disease. But a joyful heart warms even the most bitter and cold atmosphere.

Many people are stuck in a vicious circle of negativity towards themselves and others. They see only the dark side of everyone and everything.- The future looks dark and dim. Many negative thoughts fill their minds with this dark approach. We are made to believe that we are not good enough if we do not have everything. Things that dissappear, like wealth, beauty, huge achievements and prestige. These may be goals to achieve but do not define our inner being. Whether we are positive and kind beings.

We know that life is filled with challenges. However, the saying that every dark cloud has a silver lining is very true. If everyone would look at the silver lining in which ever situation it would give us a reason to celebrate every minute of every day even if life gets tough. Much of the toughness is caused by ourselves. Rather than to be stuck in a deep dark cave of negativity when things get tough, the light of positivity could be let in to shine through us and others.

You may wonder how that approach is possible and may say that this is just an idealistic approach but  if our goal is to be a light in this predominantly negative world the darkness in and around us would dissapear, like the rising sun over the night sky. A scientist once said "darkness is the absence of light and cold is the absence of heat". Why then stare at the dark and cold if we can focus our mind's eyes on love and light? Because we need to be connected to the source.

The connection to the presence of true light and love in our heart and mind is just one prayer away as our Creator already took all the sins and suffering of this world on him so thar we may receive the love and light of HIS HOLY BEING into our hearts and minds

"Thank you God, for the gift of your unconditional love and that you brought the light of hope and  love to shine into our dark hearts that it will warm us and through us reach everyone around us to be kinder and more positive in what they think, say and do abd to make our small circle shine bright.
