Motivation and laziness are not married
A person who wakes up in the morning, jumps out of bed, gets into the shower or tub, dresses, grabs a coffee or eats breakfast before leaving the house and then gets into the car or any other form of transport to work, has a head start to a person who drags his feet to get up.
That first moment when you open your eyes in the morning is the moment when the attitude towards the day begins. A happy thought, a quick prayer for being grateful. Thinking of a goal to look forward to. These are not the things that every person does. The big energizer to get into the right pace or rhythm is not a cup of coffee but the speed at which one walks to get it. A friendly good morning to a new day which echos through the house and the smile on your face when you open your eyes is the positive starter button for the day’s work.
Larger goals like a weekend away every month or a book which is waiting to be read. Putting together a play list to listen to on the way to work to energize your thoughts are more powerful ways to arrive at work with an energetic and friendly smile. Singing along in the car or listening to a good story while driving are also inspiring.
Having goals at work or in the house for the day are important to be motivated to get up with a smile too. However, if there is nothing exciting waiting and the day is a routine you have to find special moments during the day to make yourself happy. Looking at the blue blue sky, enjoying the sun on your skin during breaks. Putting nature pictures up on your walls and talking to people that are laughing and joking makes the day fun too.
Also set goals and take time to work on a progression plan for your career and aim at it with small steps needs to be in the larger picture. Ask yourself where you want to be in 5, 10,15 20,25, 30 and 40 years. And keep the goals on a physical road map you see every day. Goals like learning everything about marketing a product or gardening or making a solar or wind powered battery. Find a career goal, a physical goal, a romantic goal,a spiritual goal, a financial and a social goal.
Why am I thinking about positive ways to start the day and being energized to go to work? Because the opposite approach is a miserable sad and depressed approach and leads to laziness. Motivation and laziness do not hold hands. They are two ends of a continuum.
All jobs are important and enough reason to get up for. Even picking up trash has a an impact on the next generation and can be done with a smile, because of the importance you are contribute nog to the environment.

Changing an approach one realizes how important the work really is. A nurse brings people back to live a good life, gardeners, ensure that plants are healthy to clean the air and feed the people, shop wotrkers ensure that people are safe or comfortable, auto mechanics ensure he safety of the drivers. Petrol attendance ensure that the car does not stop on the road and do safety checks. A flower seller sells happiness and romance. And so the list goes on. A teacher builds the nation and a parent provides safety, care and empowerment.
Negativity and fear both break down confidence. Getting enough money to pay for basic bills can be worrying, but worry kills and fear carried the death sentence for inner peace and joy.
Fear can be combatted by becoming really calm. This can be achieved by breathing slower and praying for solution and thanking God for the solution he has planned. That will lighten the burden of any person’s heart and relaxing the shoulders and can help you to let go.
Concerns about the future in terms of health, a job and caring for a family are the best goals to have and all the others are a bonus. So to be happy block any negativity and be happy as happiness inspires motivation.

This way laziness and darkness will be replaced by positive light and energy. Depression will turn into joy and laziness into an active lifestyle. Don’t compare yourself to others and don’t believe you are useless. You are not on this earth without a goal and that is to be good to people and their pains.
Not having enough money means to go back to the drawing board and to plan better ways to get it together. Poverty can be a mindset change when it can change within.
