Our dear health
How is it possible that people do not take care of their health and live as if it does not matter until they wake up with a shock and realize it’s too late?
Covid 19 or not Covid 19. Taking the jab or not. Eating everything you see but don’t exercise. Drinking no water only sodas. Eating burgers and sugary food. Sitting in front of televions screens, laptops and cellphone screens without a break. These are all decisions we make for ourselves and the health of our bodies.
Before we take the jab, we need to know where it is made and how. We need to do research on the food we eats and what it contains before placing it into our mouths.
We have become consumer shoppers and grab what we see, not what we need.
How deep can we slip down the ladder with a don’t-care attitude. Where is the critical thinking gone to? Who will look after our bodies if we don’t?
Some people overdo the other side of the coin again. They over-exercise and don’t eat enough. They compromise their health by being obsessed with their health. They drink protein shakes and exercise for hours. It’s the only thing they can speak about.
Health is no guarantee if we do not care about it. Balance is key. A balanced diet, balanced movement, balanced work time. Sweet food is allowed but is not the only thing to eat.
Fruit and veggies give us the minerals and vitamins we need and fish, meats and cheeses the protein, dairy give of the calcium and oats, rice and pasta the carbs.
The one group that needs most cutting away are the carbs as they generate the fat that we cannot get rid of.
This is when we need to think what we want for our body, Sweets and carbs are supporting the growth of cancer. Whilst fresh fruits and veggies support the body. Brain health and body movement are supported by veggies and proteins. We need to know more about this and should learn about balancing our diet and health.
This information is only the top of the iceberg.
- Read up about your health and ensure that you start a weekly recipe log,
- Keep exercising.
- Read and listen to music whilst exercising
- Sleep as much as you can.
Check how you feel today and write it down.
Plan your meals and exercises and see how your fat melts away and how the muscles even in the brain feel fresh.
Don’t forget yourself in the rat race.
Keep calm, keep your head on and focus on every detail.
The Bible says love yourself first. So do it.
Sleep tight and start your new day with a smile.
